Feeding Well
Julia is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and works as a medical Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). She received additional training to work with infants who have feeding impairments due to prematurity, medical fragility, or other issues (including ankyloglossia/tongue tie) that contribute to feeding challenges. Today, the two worlds of speech language pathology and lactation consulting have merged, allowing Julia to provide both lactation and infant feeding support.

Includes discussion of goals and plans for feeding your infant, review of medical history and breast assessment if needed as well as addressing your questions or concerns.

Full initial assessment. Includes infant oral-motor exam and suck assessment, pre/post feed weighs, feeding/latch assessment and follow-up plan if needed.
In Home*
Full initial assessment in the comfort of your home. Includes infant oral-motor exam and suck assessment, pre/post feed weighs, feeding/latch assessment and follow-up plan if needed.
